Lately, I've been on a baked potato kick! I've even found myself day dreaming about that perfect loaded baked potato.
Here's what I like MOST on my baked potato: Sour Cream, Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese, Real Bacon Bits and Green Onions.
Just finished one up for lunch, yum! Tuesday's a good day for 'taters.
