PEANUT BUTTER & HONEY CRISP APPLESIt's Tasty Tuesday! No fancy-schmansy recipe for ya this week. But I did want to share one of my all time favorite snacks in the world, Honey Crisp apples with peanut butter.
I really enjoy a good apple. Macintosh apples used to be my favorite. But move over Macintosh make way for the new kid in town, the Honey Crisp.
Yes, Honey Crisp apples have taken the place of my beloved Macintosh. I love the crispier, juicier, more tart flavor of the Honey Crisp; and nothing goes better with one then a generous helping of P Nut Butter!
I just prepared the plate full above for my youngest son, Chris. He really enjoys this snack! That makes this mama, one happy mama. Christopher is a picky eater and getting him to eat a healthy snack is harder than pulling teeth!
