In other words, FREE!
Well, this afternoon I found one. It's a website called Picnik. I had a blast exploring their site. It was a whole lot of Photo Editing Fun!
The website makes the whole editing process very simple and easy to navigate. I'm so excited, EXCITED I tell you! Sorry, I'm shouting in all caps! I really enjoyed my first go at it.
