Can You Smell Them?

Oh, how I wish you could.  They smell SO good!

I have to say that, I think I'm a quarter hummingbird with a pinch of bumble bee and butterfly in me.

I might sprout wings and fly!  But, alas, I'd be to heavy to fly and unlike the bumble bee,

I KNOW it!

All I wanted to do was drink in the lovely fragrance of the blooming lilacs in my backyard.

I could have hovered over them all day; and permanently planted my nose in each and every blossom.

I wanted to savor every whiff!  I had to sniff every blossom.
