SPECIAL EDITION: Thrifty Thursday on Tuesday!

This is just TOO good to wait until Thursday!

So . . . 

I'm putting together a quick,

SPECIAL EDITION:  Thrifty Thursday on Tuesday.

A friend of mine had asked if I look for things for other people.  I told her that I do and she asked me to keep an eye out for a red tea kettle for her.

I've been looking ever since!  I thought I was never going to find one since all the tea kettles I ever see in the resale shops are pretty beat up, sticky and nasty on the inside.

But today I had a bit of thrift store luck. . . 

I found one for only $3.00; and all it needed was a little cleaning and polishing up!

Sherry, here it is. . .

The perfect color . . . 

All the parts were there . . .

It is a name brand, Better Homes and Garden, whistling tea kettle. . .

Once cleaned up, the inside looked like new . . .

It looks great on the stove top . . .

I can't wait to give it to you!
