Word(LESS) Wednesday: Trade

This will be a rather WORDY Word(LESS) Wednesday.

I'm thrilled to be participating in my very first thrifty trade, with Rachael over at Joyful Treasure Hunting.  Both Rachael and I wanted to give the idea of trading a try.  It's a blind trade, with neither of us knowing what the other is sending.

SO VERY EXCITING!

We did, however, set up a few guidelines--as I call 'em.

We agreed that our traded items could be thrifted or new, vintage or modern.  We also agreed that our treasures for each other would have to fit inside a tissue box; and we would ship our boxes out on the same day, TUESDAY.

(I'm afraid I failed in the "guidelines" department.  I shipped a day late and I wasn't so good at staying within the tissue box size.  Mine is a little bigger.  Decision making has NEVER been my strong point.  Oops. . .)

Though I shipped Rachael's package of treasures today, the Post Office has assured me it will arrive at its destination by Friday or Saturday.  That makes me happy and hopefully, Rachael won't think I'm a total mess up for not sticking to our guidelines.
