Cats have instinctual patterns of behavior.
I'm convinced ALL cats love to disrupt their human companions.
My cat is no different.
I can call and call and call him, to no avail. . .
he will ignore me everytime.
But. . .
All I have to do is. . .
Sit down with a good book or a find-a-word puzzle and suddenly he appears. Ready to be my best friend, sit on my lap--or book in this case--and be pet.
I'm just certain my cat's soul purpose in life
is to be as annoying as possible.
He remains aloof when I seek out his attention,
and pounces on the chance to plop himself smack dab
into the middle of my reading material, when I'm not.
It drives me insane!
But I love him anyway.
